Whitehall police have made an arrest after three people fatally overdosed on opioids at a Powell Avenue home earlier this week.
Police say 37-year-old Swoudell Freeman faces drug and involuntary manslaughter charges. The deaths are among eight the Franklin County Coroner says happened in a 24-hour period that ended Monday.
