Ohio's unemployment rate for October is 4.2 percent, unchanged from September.
The Ohio Department of Job and Family Services says non-farm payrolls fell by one-thousand last month. The state saw job losses in construction and manufacturing, but gained jobs in mining and loging. The national rate was 3.6 percent in October.
