Hilliard Council Tables Zoning For Proposed Development

columbusnavigator.com

A developer plans to build an estimated 400-home neighborhood on farmland off of Alton-Darby Creek and Roberts roads in Hilliard.

Developer Dwight McCabe is asking the land for Alton Place be rezoned for the project not far from another proposed development called Sugar Farms.  Several residents told Hilliard City Council last night they oppose the project over concerns of increased traffic. Council voted to table the rezoning indefinitely.
