Ohio's unemployment rate was 4.2 percent in November, unchanged from October.
The Ohio Department of Job and Family Services says non-farm payrolls rose by 67 hundred last month to nearly 5.6 million. The number of jobless Ohioans in November was 247 thousand, up by one thousand from October. Ohio gained jobs in manufacturing and services. Ohio lost jobs in mining and construction.
