A documents review is delaying a state lawsuit aimed at recouping millions of dollars from the founder and leader of the closed Electronic Classroom of Tomorrow charter school.
Attorneys for the defendants say they located 50 thousand new documents the state had requested. The attorney general and the defendants agreed to delay some case deadlines until next summer to allow for a review. The attorneys won't comment on details of the documents.
