A federal magistrate judge has ordered a man be extradited from California to Ohio to face charges of threatening to shoot up Ohio State University and hurt football players.
Daniel Rippy has been indicted on charges of making the “electronic communication” threat during the 2018 Ohio State-Michigan game. Rippy was arrested Monday.
