A former Boy Scout leader in Richland County has been sentenced to 30 years in federal prison for secretly recording and distributing videos of boys inside pool locker rooms and his home.
39-year-old Thomas Close pleaded guilty in September to multiple counts. Prosecutors say Close recorded boys from 2011 through 2018.
