The state says it is investigating the weekend death of a Madison Correctional Institution inmate as a homicide.
23-year-old Robert Leach Junior died Saturday after what the state calls "an incident." No further details have been released. The Willoughby man had been serving a seven-year sentence for burglary and trespassing charges out of Lake County.
