Speed Limits In Area Of SmartLane Being Raised

The Ohio Department of Transportation today will raise the speed limit on I-670 between I-71 and I-270 to 55 mph when the SmartLane is in use. 

The posted speed limit was 45 mph. ODOT officials cite safety concerns. Officials say the SmartLane has cut average commute times in half.
