A neighborhood review board recently approved plans to reopen the Blue Danube restaurant in the OSU campus area.
The historic North High Street eatery was closed in 2018. New owner Jay Harkrider wants to reopen by the fall. He says he will maintain the integrity of the building and interior but make some necessary upgrades.
