Speedway Gas Stations Being Sold To Japanese Firm

Findlay-based Marathon Petroleum is selling its Speedway franchise to 7-Eleven Incorporated, the Japanese company that owns 7-Eleven.  

The sale is an all cash deal totaling 21 billion dollars.  The deal was announced last night and is expected to be completed in the first half of 2021.
