An Upper Arlington Middle School student is suing for the right to attend in-person classes this fall.
The student, identified only as "Jane Doe," has an individualized education plan in place, and reportedly has "regressed" since distance learning was implemented in March. The district plans to conduct classes remotely to prevent the spread of COVID-19. The two sides met on Monday and plan to meet again later this week.
