A former truck driver linked by DNA to the murders of four women at truck stops in Ohio and Illinois has been indicted in a 1996 killing in Wood County.
Samuel Legg III faces murder, rape, and kidnapping charges for allegedly killing a 27-year-old Cleveland woman. Legg last year was ruled incompetent to stand trial in an Ohio rape case, and is undergoing psychological treatments.
