A third person has been indicted in the death of a Chillicothe woman at Hocking Hills State Park last year.
Prosecutors say Miranda Spencer was at the park with defendants Jordan Buckley and Jaden Churchheus, and a teen girl. Spencer faces an obstruction of justice charge for allegedly misleading investigators about the details of the death of Victoria Schafer. Buckley and Churchheus are scheduled for sentencing on Friday.
