Police Investigating Apparent Weekend Murder-Suicide

Columbus police say a man shot and killed a woman and then took his own life in an apartment early Sunday. 

Police conducting a welfare check on 53-year-old Kimberly Thomas found the two bodies at a Pine Street West unit. Police are withholding the name of the 54-year-old man pending notification of relatives.
