Lordstown Motors Announces IPO

The electric truck-making startup Lordstown Motors is now trading on the Nasdaq stock exchange under the ticker symbol RIDE.

The IPO announced Monday is the culmination of its merger with DiamondPeak Holdings. The pickup is still in the prototype phase and full production is expected by next September.
