Man Charged With Killing Voinovich Aide Pleads Guilty

The man charged with striking and killing a bicyclist in August 2019 has pleaded guilty to vehicular manslaughter charges.  

Sentencing is scheduled December 10th for Vincent DePalma of Dublin. Prosecutors say he struck Kurtis Tunnell on Scioto Darby Creek Road. Tunnell once served as Chief Counsel for former Ohio Governor George Voinovich.
