YouTube Video Threatens Ohio City Council Member Over COVID Restrictions

A video posted on Youtube threatens the release of defaming information against Akron City Council member Tara Mosely-Samples unless she resigns and council backs away from capacity regulations on private groups. The FBI turned the blackmail attempt over to Akron police.  Authorities have not said if they have any leads. The person responsible posted the video anonymously. The 4 minute, 39 second video appears to be the only media uploaded by Anonymous Ohio, a YouTube account created last week.The city's COVID-inspired limits are set to expire on Wednesday.
