More Ohio State University alumni are suing the school over how officials dealt with the team doctor who sexually abused at least 177 men between 1979 and 1997.
The federal lawsuit by 16 alumni is the fifth alleging university officials knew about Richard Strauss but failed to do enough to stop him. Ohio State says the suits are time-barred by law. A judge directed the earlier lawsuits to mediation.
