Marion County Judge, Wife Plead Not Guilty In Hit-Skip Crash

crawfordcountynow.com

A Marion County Judge and his wife have pleaded not guilty in a hit-and-skip accident in June.

Jason Warner and his wife Julia, an employee in the Westerville City Schools, allegedly caused the crash that seriously injured 19-year-old Colton Gray, then fled the scene. Ohio Highway Patrol records show the two-vehicle accident happened June 4th at the junction of State Route 203 and Somerlot-Hoffman Road in Green Camp Township.  Troopers say the judge was a passenger in a vehicle driven by his wife. Gray was treated at a Columbus hospital. A judge set bonds of 15 thousand dollars each.
