Police Arrest Husband Of Westerville Woman Found Dead In September

The husband of a missing Westerville woman who was later found dead is now charged with killing her.

Police say they arrested Matheau Moore this morning. He reported his 52-year-old wife Emily Noble missing in May of last year. Several extensive searches of the area, some involving the FBI. Noble's family says Moore did not participate in the searches, and later stopped cooperating with police.

In September a body was reported hanging from a rope in a wooded area near the couple's home, and Noble was identified using dental records. An expert who examined the body found multiple fractures indicating homicide, and concluded the body had been staged to look like a suicide.

Matheau was arrested at his home this morning, and will appear in court on Friday. He faces two counts of murder and one count of felonious assault.
