Suspect In Linden-McKinley STEM Academy Shootings Gets Three Year Sentence

A Columbus teenager was sentenced Tuesday to three years in a juvenile detention facility after pleading guilty to his involvement in a gang-related, drive-by shooting last October outside Linden-McKinley STEM Academy that injured two students. 17-year-old Dey-Won Vinson pleaded guilty to delinquency counts of felonious assault. The gunman, 17-year-old Daequan Brown, was sentenced in August to eight years in prison. The victims were 15-year-old Marques Johnson and 12-year-old Ja'Quan Marquise-Lamont Curry.
