911 system

Franklin County has joined about a dozen others in Ohio by now allowing 911 emergency text messages. 

Delaware County residents may now text for emergency help. 

Delaware and Franklin Counties plan to test a system this year allowing residents with emergencies to text 911 instead of placing a call.
