Two Columbus men have been sentenced for the armed robbery of a local pawn shop in March.

A Columbus man convicted for his role in an armed robbery that ended with a Columbus police officer fatally shooting 13-year-old accomplice Tyre King has been charged with robbing a  pawn shop on Morse Road in Blendon Township on March 5.

Four teenagers who were with a black boy before he was fatally shot by a white Columbus police officer are now third-party defendants in a lawsuit over his death, even though his family doesn't believe the teens should be held financially responsible.

The accomplice of Tyre King has pleaded guilty to a robbery that happened just before police shot and killed King earlier this year.
