Neo-Shamanic Breathwork
Neo-Shamanic Breathwork
Neo-Shamanic Breathwork is in tradition of Dr. Stanislav Grof's lifelong work and research of non-ordinary states of consciousness. This powerful method holds a great potential for healing and transformation. This technique consists of a faster deeper breathing, evocative music and certain type of bodywork. The goal of this technique is to help participants make improvements to their psychological and spiritual development. It may also bring about physical benefits. The entire process is meant to activate the natural capacity for healing. Neo-Shamanic Breathwork is a day long event, where participants pair up. In the morning session, one is a breather and the other is a sitter. In the afternoon the roles are reversed. Each breathing session is followed by an art work, where participants draw a mandala as an expression of their experience. For many, this becomes a helpful tool for their personal and spiritual development.
