Come dance with us every Saturday night at our weekly Ballroom Dance Parties and Group Classes!

Whether you're brand new or have some experience, you'll love our welcoming community and energetic atmosphere.

Each week kicks off with two levels of group instruction - Intro and Continuing - from 7-7:45 pm, followed by a lively dance party from 8-10 pm.

The type of dance changes weekly, so there’s always something new to learn and enjoy!

This beginner‑friendly Qigong class offers a gentle, mindful way to reduce stress, improve balance, and reconnect with your body. Each session moves at a slow, comfortable pace, making it easy for anyone—especially those new to Qigong—to follow along and feel supported.

You’ll explore simple movements and calming breathwork that help quiet the mind, release tension, and build a sense of steady, grounded ease. Many students find that this practice improves mobility, increases body awareness, and leaves them feeling clearer and more centered throughout the day.

Your instructor, Michael Brennan, teaches with Ohio State’s Integrative Medicine program and brings a warm, steady presence to every class. His approach is accessible, encouraging, and designed to meet you exactly where you are.

Come in and get a little Brush Crazy! 3D Pineapple Sailboat is our featured painting. We have step by step instructions, with pictures and words for you to follow along as you customize your very own art project!

OR you can always pick something else to paint! Work at your own pace. The paint sheets show you every step along the way, from start to finish! We help you to complete your masterpiece all on your own, but there is always an extra artist on hand for assistance when needed.

If you’ve always wanted to learn line dancing, this is your chance! Join us for a fun, welcoming environment where we’ll dance easy-to-follow steps to a variety of music. There’s something for everyone - no partner or experience needed.

Options:
Drop-In: Open Line Dancing (All Levels) - $8
This is not a formal lesson, but beginners are welcome to follow along! Seasoned dancers can enjoy practicing with a group.

6-Week Line Dancing Intensive - $72
Learn line dancing fundamentals and technique in depth. Includes a 45-minute lesson with NTA-certified instructor Edie Driskill and one hour of practice prior to the lesson.

What to Wear: Layers - you will get hot! Bring dance shoes, smooth-soled shoes, or plan to dance in socks. Shoe tubes (to cover the ball of your shoe) are available for $5.

Street shoes are not permitted on the dance floor.

You will learn skills you can use at weddings, parties, social events, and on the dance floor for years to come.

Program includes, Beginner Smooth and Rhythm Classes, Monthly Social Dance Night and a fun and supportive atmosphere where you can meet new people and stay active!

$70 for the entire month
$20 Drop-In per class

Tango: Beyond the Steps
Take your Tango to the next level with this fun and engaging group class focused on more than just learning patterns.
Join us on Mondays from 7:45-8:30 pm, August 10th through August 31st, as you discover how better body movement, frame, and footwork can transform the way you dance. These are skills that extend beyond Tango and can improve your dancing across many styles.
