Columbus Humane's Defend Your Friend 5K is BACK for its 19th year—and we need YOUR help to protect animals from cruelty, abuse, and neglect across Franklin County.

Whether you run, walk, or cheer from the sidelines, every step you take helps save lives. Columbus Humane Agents are in the field 365 days a year, protecting and advocating for animals across Franklin County. Whether responding to reports of cruelty, conducting in-depth investigations, or supporting prosecutors in court, Humane Agents give a heroic effort for every animal they encounter.
