Haas Appointed To Franklin County BOE

Ohio Secretary of State Jon Husted has appointed Greg Haas to the Franklin County Board of Elections. Haas will complete the unexpired term of Zach Manifold, who resigned in early October. Haas was recommended for the position by the County Democratic Party's executive committee. Haas ran Columbus Mayor Michael Coleman's 1999 campaign, and ran the unsuccessful 1997 campaign to build a downtown arena and soccer stadium with taxpayer dollars.
