Cleveland Cops Involved In Fatal Chase Facing Criminal Charges

Prosecutors say charges are pending against the Cleveland police officers involved in a chase and deadly shooting in November 2012. A dozen officers could be charged for shooting and killing two unarmed African-Americans. The police union's chief claims the charges are coming amid pressure from special interests.
