"Hilltop Creeper" Sentenced

The man Columbus police have dubbed the"Hilltop Creeper" pleaded guilty yesterday to burglary and gross sexual imposition charges. A judge sentenced Deneen Black to 20 years in prison. Black admitted to breaking into several Hilltop homes to watch and/or grope women while they slept.
