House Approves Senate Bill Banning Sales Of E-Cigs To Minors

The Ohio House has approved the Senate's version of a bill banning minors from buying, possessing or using electronic cigarettes. The measure that now goes to Governor John Kasich has been questioned by groups such as the Ohio State Medical Association because it defines the items in a way that could exempt them from taxation laws.
