A federal judge has sentenced two people for their roles in an alleged kickback scheme at the state treasurer's office.  Amer Ahmad will serve 15 years in prison for bribery and conspiracy. Ahmad, who fled to Pakistan to avoid punishment, was sentenced in absentia.
