Services Scheduled For Toledo Mayor Collins

Memorial and funeral services will be held this week for Toledo Mayor Michael Collins, who passed away last Friday at a hospital after being removed from life support. A public viewing will be held Wednesday night at the University of Toledo's Arena. A funeral mass is scheduled for Thursday. The 70-year-old Collins had a heart attack on Sunday while driving during a snowstorm. Toledo City Council President Paula Hicks-Hudson will serve as acting mayor until a special election is held in November.
