Cuyahoga County prosecutors are reviewing the case of two Cleveland police officers involved in the death of a woman in their custody. An internal probe found the officers violated six departmental policies during last year's arrest of Tanisha Anderson during a seizure. Her family says she had mental health problems. The officers were reprimanded for failing to call medics, using excessive force and improperly handling a mentally ill person.
