Clarett Avoids Jail Time For OVI charge

Former Ohio State running back Maurice Clarett has been ordered to attend a driver intervention program following his OVI arrest. Clarett pleaded guilty yesterday to charges of driving under the influence on I-71 in Morrow County last month. He was arrested after another driver called 911 to report his behavior.
