Criminal charges will not be pursued against three Columbus police officers involved in the death of a triple-murder suspect. A Franklin County grand jury has cleared the officers of wrongdoing in the fatal shooting of Barry Kirk last year on South Terrace Avenue. Prosecutors say Kirk pointed a gun at officers as he ran from his neighbors' home, where detectives say he killed a couple and their 7-year-old son.
