A Columbus man has been indicted on a murder and other charges after police say he sold the large animal tranquilizer Carfentanil as heroin, leading to a rash local overdoses earlier this month. 36-year-old Rayshon Alexander is charged in the overdose death of 34-year-old Sean Kuehner. He's also charged in connection with the overdoses of nine other people in Columbus. Police are hoping to link the other cases to Alexander, who is scheduled to appear in court this afternoon.
