Televangelist Closes Restaurant Amid Allegations Of Labor Law Violations

The Cuayhoga Falls restaurant owned by televangelist Ernest Angley closed without warning on Tuesday, weeks after a court ordered him to pay 388 thousand to a group of unpaid employees  The U.S. Department of Labor had alleged labor-law violations in a lawsuit against Angley and his restaurant. The judge ordered the 95-year-old Angley and the restaurant to pay back wages and damages.
