Voters Approved 73 Percent Of School Issues On Tuesday's Ballots

Ohio voters on Tuesday approved the majority of school tax issues on their ballots. The Ohio School Boards Association says unofficial voting results show 73 percent of the 97 school tax issues were approved. The association says most were renewals, and the passage rate for new funding was significantly lower. Voters on Tuesday approved 52 percent of new school tax issues, while voters in the March 2016 primary approved 71 percent of the 68 tax issues on ballots.
