The superintendent of Ohio's largest online charter school operator is retiring amid its court battle with Ohio officials over at least 60 million dollars in disputed funding. Rick Teeters will retire from the Electronic Classroom of Tomorrow September 15. The deputy superintendent and chief of staff, Brittny Pierson, is being promoted.
