A Pickaway County judge has sentenced a prison inmate to 25 years for using a restraint chain to strangle a fellow inmate in a prison transport van last February. 29-year-old Casey Pigge pleaded guilty to killing David Johnson. He was sentenced in 2009 for killing his girlfriend's mother. After Pigge killed cellmate Luther Wade last year, he told investigators he'd kill again.
