Espinal Defies Federal Order To Leave Columbus

The undocumented Columbus resident who took refuge in a church to avoid deportation is now officially a fugitive.  Edith Espinal remained in the church yesterday, instead of obeying a federal order to return to her native Mexico. Repeated attempts to gain asylum failed.  The feds say it's against policy to enforce immigration actions at churches.
