Dayton school board members have a list of complaints about superintendent Rhonda Corr, who was placed on leave last week. A pre-disciplinary letter sent to Corr outlines at least eight alleged violations of board policy, including sleeping during meetings, bullying employees and insurance fraud. Board members now say her leave is not related to the racial harassment investigation they cited at last week's meeting.
