The FBI has issued its final report on last year's terrorist attack at Ohio State University. The agency says Abdul Razak Ali Artan acted alone, but was influenced by Islamic State propaganda.  Artan was shot and killed by campus police officer Alan Horujko after injuring 13 people in a car and knife attack outside Watts Hall.
