Champaign County Teen Indicted On Adult Charges In Death Of His Father's Girlfriend

Champaign County prosecutor Kevin Talebi says a grand jury has indicted the boy accused of killing his father's longtime girlfriend on adult charges of aggravated murder and murder.An attorney for 15-year-old Donovan Nicholas says he expects to enter pleas of not guilty and not guilty by reason of insanity in the April death of Heidi Taylor. The teen told a 911 dispatcher an alternate personality stabbed and shot Taylor at their Mad River Township home. The attorney has said a psychologist diagnosed the boy with multiple personalities.
