The Franklin County Coroner's office says 383 people died of drug overdoses during the first nine months of the year. 353 overdose fatalities were reported for all of 2016. Most of the this years deaths are fentanyl related. 76 percent of this year’s victims were white, and most were between the ages of 20 and 39.
