DeWine Files Suit Against Cardinal Health, Other Opioid Distributors

Ohio Public Radio

Ohio Attorney General and GOP gubernatorial candidate Mike DeWine has filed a new lawsuit against four major drug distributors, including Dublin-based Cardinal Health, for their alleged roles in the opioid crisis. The lawsuit alleges the companies ignored a duty to ensure their drugs weren't being diverted for improper use. The lawsuit is similar to several filed by communities around the country.
