Former UA Cop Accepts Plea Bargain In His Solicitation Case

A former Upper Arlington Police lieutenant has accepted a plea deal on charges of soliciting a prostitute. The deal forces Jeffrey Conrad to resign. He pleaded guilty to a lesser charge of loitering. He was arrested in January after allegedly soliciting a prostitute online.
