Whitehall Fire Officials Helping Opioid Addicts

facebook

Whitehall firefighters are opening their doors to help opioid addicts.

The city's SAFE Station program gives addicts a chance to come in to the South Yearling Road firehouse and go directly into treatment.  Firefighters will perform a medical checkup and take the addict to a treatment center without police involvement.
