The Olentangy School district and its teachers union have ratified a three-year contract.
The deal that runs through the end of June 2021 includes pay raises of 2.5 percent annually. It also requires teachers to pay more for health insurance, deductables and co-pays. It's the first deal in the district in the last four years. Extensions of the previous deal were approved in the past. The deal covers more that 13 hundred teachers and other district employees.
